Manages reporting and analytics operations, teams, workflows, critical business intelligence reports, and performance metrics. Leads data process improvements, requirements analysis, systems development, testing, reporting projects, and process re-engineering. Uses SQL, data warehouses, QlikView, Tableau, and related tools to support operational, financial, quality, compliance, and strategic decisions. Mentors staff, manages priorities, monitors risks, and partners with business leaders and clients.

Provide immediate, compassionate crisis support via call, chat, and text. Conduct risk assessments, de-escalate situations, create safety plans, coordinate emergency or mobile crisis responses, refer to community resources, and complete follow-up contacts. Meet performance metrics, complete required trainings, and comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

Develops business intelligence and analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, data marts, metadata layers, and decision-support applications. Analyzes data needs, designs dimensional and relational models, evaluates BI technologies, creates architecture documentation, and supports production troubleshooting. Partners with business and IT teams, manages small to midsize project scopes, establishes development standards, and mentors BI and analytics staff on tools, design practices, and data modeling.
