Builds relationships with partners, legal search firms, and industry contacts while managing confidential information and coordinating cross-functional diligence.

Lead firmwide real estate, facilities, space planning, and administrative operations across 11 offices. Manage and develop Directors of Administration, oversee lease negotiations, vendor relationships, budgets, office buildouts, and multi-office projects. Drive operational consistency, process improvements, and alignment with firm strategy while reporting to the CFO and supporting firm leadership.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing: conduct spend analysis, run RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance and risks, deliver cost savings, and supervise one analyst while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
