Duties include collections outreach, recording payments and deposits, recurring billing setup and reporting, vendor bill entry, commission and audit support, ad spend reconciliation, and documenting activities in the company CRM. Must work independently and meet recurring deadlines.

Assist on website design projects for regional and national clients, create graphics and layout mockups, support design consistency and documentation, learn WCAG 2.2 accessibility practices, collaborate with senior web developer and design lead, and gain WordPress workflow exposure to produce portfolio-ready work.
