Supports end-to-end product development for personal grooming wet goods, including formula development, claims testing, packaging, costing, scale-up, production readiness, and launch execution. Coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains timelines and documentation, tracks risks and financial performance, and communicates status to leadership. This four-month contract role covers maternity leave and supports category ownership and product portfolio optimization.

Leads QA strategy and execution for enterprise applications, including Oracle NetSuite, ERP, financial, inventory, order management, ecommerce, and CMS systems. Designs test cases, performs regression and UAT testing, validates defects, writes SQL queries, analyzes test results, and reports release readiness. Partners with business and development teams, coordinates onsite and offshore QA staff, supports D2C initiatives, and serves as a functional SME for inventory and financial systems.

Lead planning, execution, QA, and optimization of global email and SMS retention campaigns. Manage campaign calendar, cross-functional coordination, A/B testing, personalization, performance reporting, and lifecycle/loyalty initiatives to drive retention, subscriptions, and customer lifetime value.
