Supervise manufacturing production teams, organize workflows and resources, meet production and quality schedules, train employees, enforce safety procedures, monitor staffing, operate equipment safely, support regulatory and reporting standards, and identify process, cost, and communication improvements. The role requires physical capability, computer proficiency, manufacturing or process-environment experience, and flexibility to work designated shifts.

Supports automation and controls projects in a live manufacturing facility. Assists with PLC, HMI, sensor, instrumentation, troubleshooting, testing, validation, documentation, and implementation activities. Collects and analyzes equipment and process performance data, identifies reliability improvements, and prepares technical drawings, reports, procedures, and project deliverables while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.

Supports mechanical engineering projects at a manufacturing facility, including equipment and facility systems, technical drawings, data analysis, project documentation, preventive maintenance, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams in a hands-on environment.
