Leads the setup and ongoing operations of a shower accessory business, including supply chain design, inventory and replenishment strategy, distribution network optimization, transportation, supplier performance, KPIs, and operational improvements. Manages teams and cross-functional stakeholders, develops data-driven business cases, ensures customer service and profitability, and supports compliance with business management and EHS requirements.

Supports automation and controls projects in a live manufacturing facility. Assists with PLC, HMI, sensor, instrumentation, troubleshooting, testing, validation, documentation, and implementation activities. Collects and analyzes equipment and process performance data, identifies reliability improvements, and prepares technical drawings, reports, procedures, and project deliverables while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.

Supports mechanical engineering projects at a manufacturing facility, including equipment and facility systems, technical drawings, data analysis, project documentation, preventive maintenance, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams in a hands-on environment.
