Develop performant, accessible UIs using Angular/TypeScript, collaborate across product and infra, support cloud-native services, CI/CD, observability, and responsibly use AI-assisted tools to deliver production-ready software.

Serve as technical product expert throughout sales and implementation lifecycle. Support demos, POCs, custom integrations (UI/API), troubleshooting, reports/analysis, and translate customer needs into product recommendations and documentation.

Own a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Marchex solutions. Build C-suite relationships, deliver Strategic Business Reviews, analyze call and conversation data to produce ROI-driven insights, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Support to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
