Supports investment consulting and manager research teams by collecting, reconciling, and analyzing portfolio performance data; preparing monthly and quarterly reports; responding to client, manager, and custodian inquiries; conducting investment manager searches; and creating client-ready analyses, educational materials, and deliverables.

Leads Marquette’s finance and accounting functions, including financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, closing, consolidation, treasury, cash flow, regulatory compliance, and financial due diligence. The role oversees financial systems, prepares Board and shareholder reporting, manages banking relationships, and provides strategic guidance to support growth. It requires senior leadership, advanced financial analysis and modeling, strong communication, and expertise with accounting and investment management software.

Support asset class research and manager due diligence for public equities and fixed income: collect and analyze data from investment platforms, prepare reports and client materials, assist manager searches, organize meetings and minutes, maintain benchmarks and proprietary database, and serve as a resource for consultants and marketing.
