Lead the Finance Digital Core COE to design, build and deploy SAP S/4HANA-enabled finance solutions. Drive global Record-to-Report standardization, governance, and continuous improvement. Partner with senior leaders, manage cross-functional teams and system integrators, and oversee large-scale finance transformation programs to deliver standardized, controlled, and scalable finance capabilities.

Lead finance for the global M&M'S Ecosystem, owning P&L, strategic planning, capital allocation, risk management, reporting, and procurement. Advise leadership, manage a global finance and commercial team, drive cost and value optimization, and evaluate investments across physical retail, franchises and digital channels.

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in a production area by owning Daily Management Systems, analyzing line event data, leading loss-elimination and autonomous maintenance teams, coaching production staff, supporting commissioning/validation for capital projects, and ensuring safety and quality compliance while spending the majority of time on the manufacturing floor.
