Provide strategic legal counsel to the Mars Cocoa Enterprise on direct sourcing, supply chain and sustainability contracts. Draft, negotiate and administer agreements with suppliers, governments and NGOs; advise on sustainability covenants, compliance, disputes, public-facing commitments, and large-scale sourcing projects. Build guidance tools, partner with global legal and commercial teams, manage external counsel, and support cross-functional initiatives. Role requires travel and occasional outside-hours work to connect with global teams.

The Director of Digital Finance leads the digital transformation of the Finance function, ensuring scalable and insight-driven capabilities across various Finance domains while collaborating with leadership and IT teams to drive change and efficiency.

Lead QA activities for a global SAP S/4HANA implementation across Finance, Source-to-Pay, Lead-to-Cash, and Plan-to-Fulfil workstreams. Independently assess governance, controls, change readiness, and technical solutions; execute audits and health checks; monitor remediation; and collaborate with PMO, Internal Controls, and InfoSec to mitigate risks and support program delivery.
