Manages an established flexible benefits client portfolio, overseeing renewals, plan documentation, compliance, billing, claims, audits, and client satisfaction. Provides strategic plan recommendations, coordinates with internal teams and brokers, delivers client training, mentors staff, and supports retention and revenue goals. Requires benefits knowledge, account management, regulatory awareness, strong communication, organizational skills, and a Life, Health & Accident license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Manages employee benefits client relationships, retention, service plans, renewals, and coverage reviews. Develops plan design and financial strategies, analyzes claims and funding alternatives, coordinates internal and external resources, leads marketing and carrier negotiations, and presents recommendations to clients and prospects. Advises clients on benefits compliance, including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, and DOL requirements. Provides team leadership, mentoring, and training while meeting satisfaction, retention, and growth goals.

Manage personal insurance policy renewals, coverage reviews, policy changes, new policy requests, client recommendations, proposals, and carrier submissions. Provide responsive client service, support retention and satisfaction goals, comply with agency and carrier procedures, track team performance, assist with carrier consolidation projects, and back up the new business sales team. A Property and Casualty license is required within 75 days of onboarding, along with at least seven years of relevant experience.
