Lead and scale Mastercard's indirect channel go-to-market for personalization and media solutions in North America. Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage agencies, SIs, martech consultancies and commerce platforms to drive partner-sourced revenue. Own partner pipeline, joint business planning, forecasts, and QBRs. Collaborate cross-functionally on product feedback, marketing and sales engineering. Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team and execute field marketing and partner events.

Lead end-to-end Services business for assigned co-brand accounts: own Services P&L, drive revenue growth, originate and close opportunities, coordinate with account teams, lead executive pitches, define scope with delivery teams, coach team members, and contribute to COE best practices to scale solutions.

Lead UX design for rapid-prototype innovation events and longer-term engagements. Create sketches, flows, wireframes, visuals and hi‑fi prototypes, integrate AI tools into workflows, present and iterate with clients, collaborate with engineers and product owners, and support adoption of AI-driven design practices. Travel 15–20% to client sites.
