Mather Place

Mather is a non-denominational, not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating Ways to Age Well for older adults. Founded in 1941, it operates senior living residences, including Mather Place in Wilmette, Illinois, and develops programs and research through Mather Institute. Its mission is to enhance everyday experiences, help older adults pursue meaningful interests, and change how society views aging through inclusive, resilient, bold, impactful work.
