Lead cross-functional execution of AI-enabled radar hardware programs from concept through production and customer delivery. Own integrated hardware plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, phase-gate reviews, risks, supplier coordination, qualification, production readiness, and compliance audits. Partner with engineering, product, supply chain, quality, operations, software, and customer teams while leading through influence in a matrixed organization. The role emphasizes execution discipline and planning rather than technical architecture or personnel management.

Design and implement FPGA architectures and high-throughput data paths for radar sensing. Integrate vendor/custom IP, translate signal-processing algorithms to RTL, optimize timing/resource/throughput, debug hardware/software integration, and mentor engineering teams.
