Develops new business by identifying markets, prospects, partners, and revenue opportunities; builds qualified sales pipelines; conducts consultative discovery; creates proposals and value propositions; and converts prospects into customers. Manages CRM and Commercial Excellence initiatives while using generative AI and automation for research, prospecting, personalization, meeting follow-up, market intelligence, and sales productivity. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.

Leads quality management systems, DOT and hazardous materials compliance across multiple manufacturing and service facilities. Oversees audits, corrective actions, customer quality performance, packaging certifications, regulatory inspections, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with operations, engineering, sales, and leadership to reduce defects, compliance risks, and customer complaints while standardizing quality practices across the region.

Supervises manufacturing production teams across safety, quality, packaging, maintenance, and output goals. Coordinates staffing and cross-department activities, monitors shift KPIs, improves efficiency through Lean and 5S practices, addresses equipment and production issues, manages tool inventory, leads employee meetings, and reviews hours for payroll. Requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of manufacturing supervisory experience, labor relations knowledge, and flexibility across multiple shifts.
