Lead strategic customer relationships for enterprise clients, drive onboarding and adoption of Maven's AI platform, advise on AI best practices and quality, analyze usage and quality data to guide improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer needs into product outcomes and expansion opportunities.

Own end-to-end accounting operations and monthly close; manage AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and audit-ready controls. Partner with outsourced bookkeeping and VP of Finance on treasury, forecasting, SaaS metrics, investor reporting, tax nexus, and finance systems improvements to scale the finance function.
