Lead end-to-end UX for data-rich B2B products, owning strategy and execution. Design dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics interfaces in Figma, evolve component-based design systems, partner with PMs, engineers, data science, and research, and mentor other designers. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive scalable, accessible, implementation-ready experiences that improve product speed and user understanding.

The Senior Engineer will lead large-scale projects, mentor junior engineers, improve codebases, and drive technical excellence within the team while collaborating across departments.

Lead strategy and execution for multiple brand social accounts: set content goals, guide creative and production, write and post content, manage community engagement, analyze performance, and present insights to clients and internal teams.
