Leads implementation and maintenance of information security controls across cloud, identity, data, and enterprise platforms. Responsibilities include cloud hardening, identity and privileged access management, DLP operations, incident response, security monitoring, vulnerability management, AI/GenAI security, risk assessments, audits, policy support, and client security assessments. The role provides technical leadership, coordinates with architects and IT teams, supports compliance requirements, and develops security procedures and standards.

Processes conflict-of-interest searches using the firm’s internal conflicts database, prepares accurate reports for Conflict Lawyers, filters sensitive information appropriately, and follows detailed procedures and deadlines. The role requires confidentiality, attention to detail, sound judgment, strong communication, customer service, adaptability, and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

Supports firm-wide tax compliance and partnership accounting by preparing tax estimates, schedules, filings, K-1 distributions, partner tax elections, audit responses, indirect tax reviews, tax notices, depreciation calculations, and global secondment tax coordination. Collaborates with partners, internal departments, tax preparers, outside advisors, and vendors while managing confidential information and time-sensitive deadlines.

Supports the firm's AI and digital transformation initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying use cases, translating business needs into requirements, and coordinating AI-enabled solutions. Partners with business, IT, data, engineering, innovation, and change-management teams to develop prototypes, enable Microsoft 365 and Copilot experiences, guide implementation, deliver demonstrations and training, support user adoption, and identify emerging technology opportunities.

Leads software quality control activities across IT systems, including test planning, test case development, manual and automated testing, UAT coordination, defect tracking, requirements traceability, environment administration, and quality metrics. Maintains QC processes and repositories, supports Agile and DevOps practices, coordinates vendors and project teams, provides status reporting, and coaches junior analysts. The role also contributes to forecasting, vendor selection, process improvement, and QC strategy development.

Supports Finance and Accounting data analysis, dashboards, reporting, data modeling, and ETL processes. Builds SQL queries, data pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and sustainable reporting systems. Partners with Enterprise Data, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify, secure, transform, and govern data. Provides technical guidance, evaluates solutions, supports financial applications, participates in vendor engagements, and documents data processes and system designs.

Supports business development and marketing initiatives for the firm's Advisory and Tax Practices. Responsibilities include preparing RFP responses and presentations, managing events and social campaigns, developing marketing content, conducting competitive research, maintaining league table submissions and matter databases, tracking pipeline activity, and updating lawyer profiles. The role requires strong communication, organization, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Owns cloud and AI cost governance across the firm, including forecasting, chargeback, rightsizing, vendor optimization, token and inference cost modeling, and workflow-level cost analysis. Partners with Pricing and Finance to support service pricing, alternative fee arrangements, consumption-based contracts, scenario modeling, budget guardrails, and vendor negotiations. The role also leads reporting, attribution standards, and management processes while translating technical cost data into commercially useful insights.
