Develops pricing strategies, alternative fee arrangements, matter budgets, profitability analyses, and client RFP financial proposals. Uses AI, machine learning, SQL, and Power BI to automate pricing workflows, analyze historical matter data, build dashboards, and improve forecasting and decision-making. Partners with attorneys, partners, business development, project managers, and management on pricing initiatives, competitor analysis, technology enhancements, training, and process improvements.

Supports pricing and matter performance by developing alternative fee arrangements, rates, budgets, financial models, and profitability analyses. Uses AI, machine learning, historical matter data, competitor intelligence, Power BI, and SQL to improve pricing decisions and workflows. Collaborates with partners, project managers, and cross-functional teams on client proposals, technology initiatives, process improvements, data cleanup, and post-matter analysis.

Creates and maintains legal knowledge resources for the Projects and Infrastructure practice, including project finance precedents, templates, trackers, training, and market updates. Advises attorneys on legal technology, generative AI, information governance, workflows, and process improvement. Partners with lawyers and business teams to implement knowledge strategies, improve data classification and accessibility, support client-facing content, deliver training, and preserve transaction know-how. Requires substantial U.S. project finance practice experience and strong legal judgment.
