Handle sophisticated consumer class action litigation, primarily data breach matters, including case investigation, pleadings, motions, briefs, strategy, client communication, court appearances, mediation, settlement, and deadline management. The attorney will coordinate litigation teams, work with partners and co-counsel, and progressively assume independent ownership of cases. Responsibilities also include developing potential matters and contributing to original case and business development.

Partner-level attorney to manage a high-volume plaintiff-side consumer class action docket (primarily data-breach matters). Lead litigation strategy, supervise associates and law clerks, handle motion-to-dismiss briefing, manage settlements, coordinate with local/co-counsel, resolve consolidation and lead-counsel disputes, and mentor junior attorneys.
