Supports and enhances Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across multiple client environments. Responsibilities include case triage, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, release support, documentation, client advising, and Agile project delivery. The consultant leads small initiatives, manages risks and priorities, partners with technical teams, supports Microsoft release cycles, and mentors junior or offshore resources.

Configures Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, gathers requirements, documents business processes, creates functional designs and test materials, supports UAT and go-live activities, and helps clients adopt CRM and customer engagement capabilities. The consultant manages assigned workstreams, maintains requirements traceability, partners with technical teams on integrations and data migration, supports training and hypercare, and guides junior resources.

Implement and support Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform CRM solutions. Gather requirements, document processes, configure applications, create functional designs and test materials, support UAT and go-live, and deliver training and adoption resources. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, migration, reporting, security, and customizations while managing requirements traceability, risks, backlog activities, and client communications.
