Manage full contract lifecycle for complex commercial agreements (SaaS, customer, vendor, BAAs, NDAs, SOWs). Draft, review, negotiate, obtain approvals, and close deals while balancing commercial objectives with legal and operational risk. Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Security, and Legal; maintain CLM and CRM records; lead process improvements and mentor junior contracts staff. Leverage CLM and AI tools to increase efficiency and ensure compliance.

Drives revenue growth and retention across strategic payer accounts, including managed care organizations, HMOs, PPOs, TPAs, and insurers. Develops sales strategies, closes complex opportunities, manages client relationships, meets individual quotas, mentors peers, supports forecasting, and collaborates with Account Management, Product, Contracts, Finance, and Marketing. Represents the company at industry events and uses Salesforce to track activity, pipeline, metrics, and account performance.

Lead vision, strategy, and commercialization for AI-powered provider utilization management products. Define roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, conduct market research, size opportunity, build business cases, drive GTM and pricing, partner with clients and accounts, track product performance, and enable adoption and upsell through close work with marketing, sales, and customer success.
