Oversee technical integrations, workflow configurations, customer escalations, cross-functional alignment, go-lives, handoffs, and paid-services profitability while improving implementation speed, utilization, quality, and margins.

Build and ship production-grade features across frontend and backend, scope and lead projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to product and technical roadmap using the company tech stack.
