Partner with Product and Engineering to automate processes, improve productivity, reduce costs, and scale successful operating models across additional enterprise clients.

Lead and develop an implementation project management team delivering mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS implementations. Establish scalable processes, staffing models, KPIs, project plans, SOW pricing, and operating cadences. Oversee technical integrations, workflow configurations, customer escalations, cross-functional alignment, go-lives, handoffs, and paid-services profitability while improving implementation speed, utilization, quality, and margins.

Build and ship production-grade features across frontend and backend, scope and lead projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to product and technical roadmap using the company tech stack.
