Serve as US HR SME managing compliance, HRIS (HiBob), PEO liaison (ADP TotalSource), onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits (including 401(k)), employee relations and ER cases (PIPs), policy updates, audits, and US-specific HR projects while partnering with global HR and payroll teams.

Lead cross-functional transformation programs by maintaining governance, driving execution, managing risks and dependencies, and producing executive reporting to ensure alignment, adoption, and delivery of strategic objectives.

Lead marketing AI deployment and measurement: identify and prioritize AI opportunities, manage cross-functional rollouts, build attribution and KPI reporting in Power BI, improve data architecture and quality, run journey and lead-scoring analyses, and shape GTM tools and processes to optimize pipeline and revenue.
