Own the full accounting cycle, month-end close, financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, cash management, reporting, controls, and GAAP compliance across multiple companies. Lead budgeting and forecasting support, optimize ERP and accounting processes, apply AI automation, manage a small finance team, and establish scalable operating rhythms and financial scorecards.

The VP of Finance will serve as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership and ownership across multiple operating companies. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, consolidation, intercompany reporting, cash flow, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, financial controls, ERP and finance systems, AI automation, and executive reporting. The role also manages the Controller and finance team, supports PE reporting and board materials, establishes operating cadence, and contributes to HR administration, licensing, contracts, and cross-functional operational initiatives.
