Teams at Menta

Provides behavioral assessment and intervention services for students across three schools. Conducts functional behavior assessments, develops evidence-based intervention plans, oversees implementation fidelity, trains staff, analyzes behavioral data, contributes to IEPs, and prepares progress reports. Requires travel between school locations and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support students with challenging behaviors and developmental needs.

The School Psychologist will lead initiatives to support students, collaborating with parents and educators to foster a positive learning environment. They will utilize data-driven methods and behavioral assessments to plan interventions for children with behavioral and emotional challenges.
