Develop account plans, engage executive and cross-functional stakeholders, identify new use cases, lead strategic reviews, and navigate procurement, legal, privacy, compliance, and data-governance processes. Partner with product, analytics, research, delivery, and customer success teams to address client needs. Travel may reach 30%.

Implement and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric by defining access controls, approval workflows, ServiceNow catalogues, and security compliance. Translate platform capabilities into auditable, ticket-driven services, troubleshoot agent and licensing issues, coordinate with security and Microsoft support, and maintain governance documentation, tracking, and production-readiness activities.

Lead enterprise architecture for cloud migration to Azure, modernize data platforms (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake), integrate AI/ML, drive cloud-native patterns and DevOps, enforce governance and compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST), and provide architectural leadership within Agile/SAFe teams.
