Bridges business and technical teams for banking core system integrations. The role gathers and documents requirements, manages risks and integration trackers, coordinates clients, vendors, developers, and trainers, supports implementation troubleshooting, maintains process documentation, monitors project progress, triages tickets, and trains team members.

Leads the implementation of complex software systems and services, influences architecture and modernization, mentors engineers, and supports production reliability. Partners with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable cloud-native applications. The role requires strong full-stack expertise across C#, .NET, React, TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and AI development methodologies, along with the ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives.

Leads end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects for mortgage and core banking solutions, from kickoff through testing, go-live, and transition to support. Manages project plans, milestones, resources, customer communications, risks, escalations, deliverables, dependencies, and status reporting. Coordinates implementation analysts and cross-functional teams, maintains portfolio health, administers project systems, and improves project management processes and documentation.
