Leads a regional recruiting pod, coaches recruiters, advises operating-company leaders, and develops workforce and hiring strategies. Owns full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, builds talent pipelines, guides structured interviewing, monitors recruiting metrics, resolves requisition bottlenecks, and ensures consistent candidate and hiring-manager experiences. Partners with people and talent teams on compensation, offers, onboarding, compliance, and process improvement across multiple business units.

Leads people strategy across operating companies, advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, compensation, engagement, employee relations, compliance, HR analytics, change management, leadership development, and onboarding. Partners with HR Centers of Excellence to execute enterprise policies, resolve complex cases, manage risk, and build organizational capability. Supports multiple business units and drives strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
