Provide desktop and endpoint support for Mac and Windows users, manage device deployments and MDM/Intune, troubleshoot networks and telephony, administer accounts/licenses, support AV meetings, maintain security tools, manage inventory, and lead moderate IT projects and documentation.

Coordinate and execute internal and external events, webinars, and tradeshows; manage marketing and communications campaigns across email and digital channels; create and post social media content; produce sales collateral and promotional materials; maintain event/marketing calendars and vendor relationships; serve as primary liaison between central marketing and local business leaders to amplify brand and drive engagement.
