Provide high-level executive support to a C-suite leader and board member, managing complex calendars, travel, correspondence, presentations, events, meetings, expense reporting, and confidential stakeholder communications while supporting firmwide projects and policy implementation.

Provide investment research and data analysis for institutional retirement clients, prepare and review recurring reports, support client calls and ad‑hoc requests, conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence on funds and trusts, use reporting/research tools, support quarterly reporting cycles, collaborate with Technology and Investment teams, and manage ad‑hoc projects while building client relationships.

Support the CIO/Director of Quantitative Research by operating, documenting, and improving quantitative finance processes (asset allocation, capital market assumptions, performance attribution, glide paths, simulation-based optimization). Update client deliverables, develop new quantitative tools using statistical, risk management, and simulation methods, and communicate results to investment professionals to inform policy and investment decisions.
