Commercialize the Recognition Platform, establish performance dashboards, build industry partnerships, and drive thought leadership across the hospitality sector.

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, technical accounting analyses, audit workpapers, disclosures, and variance analyses. Maintain US GAAP compliance and SOX-ready internal controls, research complex transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role also identifies opportunities to automate accounting workflows and improve reporting efficiency using ERP, AI, and other technology tools.

Supports corporate risk management through loss modeling, metrics reconciliation, insurance documentation review, KPI reporting, risk data analysis, and recommendations. Manages compensation programs for Operations and Growth, including hourly wage structures, location-based pay grids, minimum wage compliance, sales incentive plans, quota auditing, pay equity analysis, and executive reporting. Corporate Counsel will support senior legal counsel by advising Revenue and Operations teams, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, assessing compliance and risk, developing legal strategies, coordinating disputes, managing outside counsel, and adopting AI tools to improve legal workflows. The role requires strong transactional expertise, legal writing, practical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Own the full sales lifecycle for healthcare and institutional accounts: source and qualify opportunities, lead complex RFPs, run discovery and demos, negotiate and close deals, collaborate cross-functionally on underwriting and compliance, and manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.

Lead FP&A processes including forecasting, variance analysis, and board reporting. Build dynamic financial models for capital allocation and long-range planning, advise business units on OpEx/headcount, ensure data integrity, automate reporting, and document SOPs to improve finance workflows and decision-making.

Analyze deal structure, build and stress-test underwriting and proforma financial models, quantify client value, automate workflows, and partner with sales and operations to drive pricing, margin, and GTM decisions supporting revenue growth.
