Manage Central People Operations by leading People Solutions Coordinators, optimizing HRIS workflows, ensuring employee data accuracy, resolving complex transactions, and improving service delivery. Drive automation and AI initiatives, operational reporting, audit processes, cross-functional partnerships, and medium-to-large projects. Coach the team, manage workload and SLA performance, establish procedures, and collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, Benefits, and Field Leadership.

Manages compensation programs for Operations and Growth, including hourly wage structures, location-based pay grids, minimum wage compliance, sales incentive plans, quota auditing, pay equity analysis, and executive reporting. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, RevOps, Finance, and operations leaders; configures compensation data in Workday and related systems; supports sales plan governance and equity administration during peak cycles.

Lead go-to-market strategy and joint co-marketing campaigns with high-value national account partners. Own property-level launches, deploy and optimize site-level digital media (Google Ads, Meta, geofencing), and manage performance dashboards and SEM spend. Act as consumer advocate using research and behavioral data, align creative, lifecycle, and events teams, and drive adoption of localized loyalty and reservation integrations to improve location-level performance.
