Provide onsite Microsoft infrastructure and cloud support: manage Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 services, Intune endpoint lifecycle, Azure monitoring, identity and access (MFA/Conditional Access), troubleshoot authentication and endpoint issues, maintain documentation, and coordinate vendors and stakeholders.

Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot Windows OS and hardware, support Dynamics 365 Tier 1, deploy and manage endpoints, coordinate repairs and vendors, maintain asset inventory, document tickets, and assist with network and office technology projects.

Provide short-term consulting support for a BeyondTrust EPM Cloud environment across Windows endpoints. Troubleshoot privilege policies, application elevation, endpoint differences, and Resideo Compass connectivity issues. Analyze event data, application rules, services, dependencies, and network behavior; modify policies and rules as needed; validate least-privilege controls; document findings; and provide client knowledge transfer.
