Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal roadway, watermain, and storm sewer projects for local agencies. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and multidisciplinary teams; provide technical oversight for roadway, water, and stormwater design, ensure IDOT BLRS compliance, serve as primary client contact, support business development, and mentor staff.

The Great Lakes Managing Executive will lead growth initiatives and client relationships, integrating engineering, consulting, and technology services across markets. They will also champion culture, and brand presence, and engage with government relations while managing travel requirements of up to 50%.

Support implementation and optimization of pavement management systems, analyze pavement condition data (PCI, IRI, distress, structural), develop maintenance and rehabilitation strategies, prepare technical deliverables, manage projects and client coordination, and support pavement design, specifications, and QA/QC.
