Manages administrative operations and office services for Wisconsin and Minnesota offices, including budgets, vendors, policies, records, staff guidance, events, and process improvements. Supports business development through capture planning, pursuit coordination, sales tracking, client and market research, reporting, client meetings, and proposal handoffs. Collaborates with office, sales, technical, marketing, and operational leadership to advance strategic opportunities and maintain organized business development information.

Produces preliminary and final engineering drawings for rail, transit, transportation, bridge, structure, and track projects. Maintains CAD standards, templates, and best practices; integrates survey and GIS data; performs quality-control reviews; coordinates with engineers and project managers; resolves design issues; and supports project schedules. The role also leads CAD production on complex projects and mentors junior designers while ensuring compliance with client, company, and DOT standards.

Leads IDOT Phase I engineering and NEPA studies for transportation projects, managing scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, quality, risks, and multidisciplinary teams. Oversees alternatives analysis, roadway and traffic studies, environmental coordination, public involvement, agency and stakeholder engagement, plan reviews, and project approvals. Provides technical leadership, develops client relationships, supports proposals and business development, and mentors staff. The role requires occasional travel and offers a hybrid schedule.
