The Sales Receptionist manages front-desk and clinic administrative operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, updating client records, and supporting treatment-room readiness. The role builds client relationships, enhances the customer experience, promotes upsell opportunities, gathers reviews, and collaborates with the clinic team to achieve sales goals. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Engages clinic clients, supports sales growth, manages front desk operations, answers calls, schedules and confirms appointments, maintains client records, assists with treatment-room preparation, and supports clinic operations. Builds client relationships, discusses upsell opportunities, gathers reviews and feedback, and collaborates with medical and clinic staff to meet sales goals.

Assist clinic leadership by driving sales KPIs, conducting personalized client consultations, recommending treatment packages and add-on services, and supporting financing options. Perform administrative and operational duties including appointment scheduling, client communications, record updates, financial transactions, opening and closing procedures, and treatment-room upkeep. Lead day-to-day clinic operations during the manager’s absence while maintaining exceptional customer service and client experiences.
