Supports showroom Sales Associates with client inquiries, quote preparation, order entry, payment processing, order tracking, freight coordination, reporting, shipment updates, and issue resolution. Provides polished client service, maintains order accuracy, manages vendor documentation and approvals, supports showroom coverage, and assists with client communications and product sample searches.

Provide consultative design sales and personalized client experiences in-store and off-site. Build relationships with clients and trade professionals, meet sales KPIs, manage client lifecycle with CRM, perform space planning and styling, maintain visual merchandising, and stay current on product knowledge and design trends. Conduct in-home consultations and attend off-site trade meetings as needed.

Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) to meet business requirements. Integrate internal/external services, follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits, document solutions, support Product Owners, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Salesforce team. Maintain CI/CD/DevOps practices and enhance user experience.
