Supports CETCO’s HydroShield Quality Assurance Program through customer service, inspection report review, warranty processing, project documentation, technical assistance, inspector training, and monthly reporting. Coordinates warranty claims, remedial work orders, and purchase orders while supporting outside sales and field teams. Leads operational excellence and Lean initiatives, including process mapping, Kaizen events, 5S, standard work, and continuous improvement activities.

Opportunities span engineering, mining and geology, IT, finance, security, EHS, manufacturing, environmental science, research and development, computer science, chemistry, and biochemistry. Summer internships typically last 11 weeks.

Manages sales activities for specialty mineral products across assigned production sites and customer accounts. Drives new business, account penetration, pricing and margin growth, contract negotiation, forecasting, and market share expansion. Develops account plans, supports distributors, monitors competition, resolves customer issues, and collaborates with operations, R&D, marketing, and plant teams. Regular travel within the sales region and nationally is required.
