Teams at Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc.

Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial, clinical, research, and operational contracts for a pre-commercial biotech. Advise business leaders, resolve disputes, improve contracting processes and templates, coordinate outside counsel, and support legal and compliance initiatives.

Develop and maintain scientifically accurate, compliant medical communications (slide decks, infographics, payer materials, summaries, publications support). Translate clinical and HEOR evidence for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate cross-functionally and with vendors, and ensure materials meet scientific, legal, and regulatory standards.

Provide strategic commercial legal counsel to Commercial, Medical Affairs and Market Access teams for pre-launch and launch activities. Review promotional and medical materials, advise on HCP/patient/payor interactions, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage external counsel, and support commercialization readiness and business development in a pre-commercial biotech environment.
