The Operations Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, manages teams for efficiency, implements improvements, and ensures safety compliance while meeting production goals.

Manage and optimize the paid social media program, focusing on customer acquisition through platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Collaborate with teams for creative development and report on campaign performance.

The Sourcing & Category Manager oversees third-party procurement, vendor management, and demand planning, while managing key customer accounts and driving ingredient sourcing for categories.
