Serve as a frontline HR contact for onboarding, personnel records, and policy compliance. Maintain confidentiality, respond to HR inquiries and employment verifications, escalate employee relations appropriately, lead harassment prevention training, and support HR Generalist and fulfillment center leaders with training, HRIS assistance, and small projects.

Drive lean process improvement projects across logistics and distribution: design processes, run data analysis, implement Lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, SPC), create standard work and training materials, coach operations teams, and support launch and sustainment of fulfillment and 3PL operations.

The Sourcing & Category Manager oversees third-party procurement, vendor management, and demand planning, while managing key customer accounts and driving ingredient sourcing for categories.
