Leads the creation of the product organization and enterprise technology strategy for a commercial insurance program administrator. Develops product and AI visions, prioritizes roadmaps, identifies build-versus-buy opportunities, transforms insurance workflows, establishes data and AI governance, and builds high-performing product teams. Partners with executive, underwriting, claims, actuarial, operations, distribution, legal, compliance, engineering, and data leaders to deliver measurable business improvements.

The Finance Data Analyst manages finance ETL processes, reconciles enterprise data warehouse outputs, investigates discrepancies, and validates insurance financial data. Responsibilities include SQL-based analysis of premiums, commissions, taxes, fees, and payments; building automated controls and exception reports; supporting Finance reporting and close activities; documenting data processes; and partnering with Finance and data engineering teams to improve data quality and reliability.

Design, deploy, and scale production AI applications, agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and intelligent automation across enterprise business functions. Build cloud-native services, retrieval and vector database solutions, evaluation and monitoring frameworks, AI guardrails, and reusable engineering components. Integrate AI with enterprise systems, optimize model performance and infrastructure, and support secure, governed, reliable production systems while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
