Perform pre-employment verifications by contacting employers, schools, boards and databases to confirm employment, education, licenses and references. Document findings, analyze documents, prepare accurate screening reports, meet production and quality targets, and conduct virtual I-9 Section 2 meetings.

Own month-end close tasks, prepare/post journal entries, maintain GL schedules, reconcile accounts, support monthly and year-end reporting, assist annual audit, handle M&A integration reporting, update accounting policies, and drive process improvements.

Manage planning, scheduling, reporting, risk identification, resource allocation, and documentation for multiple workstreams. Communicate status to stakeholders, run meetings, ensure billability and contract compliance, and coordinate international, virtual project teams to deliver projects on time.
