Manages customer accounts receivable, monitors payments and past-due balances, resolves invoice and payment discrepancies, processes refunds and write-offs, releases credit-blocked orders, and supports collections and monthly reporting. Translate customer needs into measurement automation, connectivity, software, and data-management solutions. Monitor revenue, profitability, adoption, and market share; coordinate with technical, sales, marketing, and international teams; support demonstrations, training, quotations, integrations, and AI-enabled sales resources.

The Sales Support Coordinator manages product information flow, coordinates with departments, prepares reports, and supports sales events, focusing on process efficiency and communication.
