Lead and align the Small Tools and Capital Equipment sales divisions, set commercial strategy, unify forecasting and pipeline management, and drive profitable growth across distributor, direct, OEM, and e-commerce channels. Mentor senior sales leaders, partner with finance, marketing, and operations on pricing, product profitability, and go-to-market execution, and implement sales policies and accountability structures.

Provide moderate-to-advanced software support and documentation: troubleshoot and resolve software issues, liaise between customers and engineering, test fixes, create knowledgebase and user documentation, and research help technologies to improve customer support.

Lead an integrated, data-driven growth strategy combining marketing, digital engagement, customer success, and market research to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty. Modernize web/portal/e-commerce, oversee campaigns, leverage analytics and SEO, partner with sales and distributors, develop post-sale engagement, monitor NPS/retention/CLV, translate insights into plans, and lead a cross-functional growth team.

Provide technical support for precision measuring instruments and related software to internal teams and end users. Review product specs and changes, coordinate technical inquiries and recalls, support QA and compliance (ECCN, FDA), and assist sales/field service.
