Contract Gameplay Systems Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and stabilizing data-driven gameplay AI systems in Unreal Engine. Collaborate with designers, animators, and QA to build enemy behaviors, navigation, perception, and decision logic; profile and optimize performance; document systems; write clean C++/Blueprint code; participate in reviews and sprints to move systems from MVP to production quality.

Lead and mentor a team of 2D artists across concept through final polish for Poppy Playtime and other projects. Establish visual styles and guidelines, contribute to concept planning, produce and iterate environment/character/asset designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality and delivery against creative briefs.

Operate as the GM of Games' right hand: run division operating rhythm, manage GM calendar and meetings, aggregate cross-functional status and risks, track decisions and actions, produce executive briefing materials, and lead division-wide operating projects and process improvements.
