Own the strategy, growth, economics, and performance of 360 Finance’s lender marketplace. Lead lender partnerships, commercial negotiations, pricing, revenue, margin, onboarding, compliance, and marketplace optimization. Build and scale the lender-facing organization while expanding lender coverage and improving approvals, contractor adoption, consumer outcomes, and marketplace value. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal/Compliance to execute marketplace priorities and manage financial performance.

Own and execute the contractor-facing roadmap for 360Finance. Lead product discovery, PRDs, A/B testing, analytics instrumentation (Heap), AI prototyping, and cross-functional delivery to increase contractor adoption and signed finance documents.

Own and execute the inbound calls product roadmap for homeowners and contractors. Define KPIs, write PRDs, run A/B tests, analyze results, and drive adoption. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and call centers; use AI tools to prototype and automate workflows; and translate market research into prioritized, outcome-driven product initiatives.
