Leads Talent Acquisition operations and a recruiting team supporting high-volume and corporate hiring. Develops workforce and sourcing strategies, oversees full-cycle recruiting, monitors metrics, manages vendors, ensures legal compliance, and improves recruiting technology, automation, and AI use. Coaches and develops team members, drives performance and accountability, supports organizational change, and partners with business leaders to meet current and future workforce needs.

Analyzes complex business data to identify trends, develop models, dashboards, and actionable insights. Collaborates with leaders and cross-functional teams, supports data governance, validates data integrity, applies statistical and predictive techniques, and communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Provides mentorship to junior analysts and may lead projects. Occasional business travel may be required.

Supervise and develop an onboarding team responsible for pre-employment requirements, background checks, Form I-9 verification, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Oversee workload distribution, resolve escalated issues, monitor performance and compliance metrics, and improve onboarding workflows and internal controls. Partner with Recruiting, HR, and hiring managers to deliver an efficient, compliant new-hire experience. Occasional business travel may be required.
