Lead go-to-market and release marketing for assigned products: craft positioning, messaging, launches, enablement, and client engagement; produce sales/buyer assets; track launch and adoption metrics; partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Lead and build Momentive's Account Management team from scratch to own client health, retention, and expansion. Define team structure, quotas, processes, and tools; hire, onboard, and coach Account Managers; manage assigned accounts and renewals; drive net revenue retention and expansion; partner cross-functionally; maintain Salesforce and forecast/report performance; develop playbooks and bring client feedback into product discussions.

Define and manage the MomentiveIQ platform integrations roadmap, collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure effective data movement and integration across the portfolio, focusing on AI-enhanced solutions.

Own U.S. sales & use tax and Canadian GST/HST compliance end-to-end, review international VAT/GST filings, reconcile accounts, respond to tax authorities, support corporate income tax tasks, and assist with process improvement and automation within the Tax Department.

Lead product management for AI tools in software/SaaS, manage product lifecycle, drive strategic roadmap, and ensure product adoption through iterative shipping and user feedback.

Provide application support for MIP Accounting to clerks, accountants, CFOs and HR/payroll staff via ticketing, phone, web and chat. Troubleshoot errors, replicate issues, provide how-to guidance, create knowledge base content, and escalate or collaborate on resolutions.

Lead enterprise data architecture, migrations, and data services; define standards and roadmaps; oversee complex ETL and third-party integrations; deliver analytics, BI dashboards, and commercialization of AI analytics offerings; build the Data Strategy & Services organization and ensure continuity for legacy clients while partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
