Lead enterprise data architecture, migrations, and data services; define standards and roadmaps; oversee complex ETL and third-party integrations; deliver analytics, BI dashboards, and commercialization of AI analytics offerings; build the Data Strategy & Services organization and ensure continuity for legacy clients while partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Lead ASC 606 revenue recognition, manage month/quarter/year close for revenue and deferred/unbilled revenue, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support external audits, maintain controls and policies, drive process automation, and assist with NetSuite implementation.

Lead and develop a Client Success team, manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensure retention and expansion through proactive relationship management, operationalize standardized CSM processes, monitor KPIs and client health, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize service delivery and drive growth.
