The Accounting Director serves as the onsite financial steward for a senior living community, overseeing accounting, billing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and resident and vendor financial matters. Welcomes residents, visitors, and staff; manages calls, visitors, deliveries, packages, and communication records; monitors emergency and security systems; coordinates responses; maintains logs and administrative records; and supports multiple departments. Requires flexible on-call availability, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, along with dependable attendance and strong customer service.

Leads sales and marketing strategy to increase occupancy and revenue for a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting tours, developing referral relationships, overseeing digital and community marketing, supervising staff, hosting events, tracking performance, and presenting reports. The role partners with community and corporate leadership while ensuring ethical practices and exceptional service.
