Responsibilities include administering medications according to physician orders, responding to resident calls, transferring residents, delivering excellent hospitality, and maintaining professional interactions. The role requires an Illinois Registered Nurse license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1–2 years of experience. CPR certification is preferred, with training available.

Plan and lead engaging wellness, recreational, educational, fitness, and social activities for senior living residents. Support programming across independent living, assisted living, and memory care, collaborate with departments, and safely transport residents when needed. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
