Manages assisted living and memory care operations, supervises team members, coordinates schedules and resident activities, supports community leadership, trains staff, follows state regulations, and promotes holistic resident wellness through educational and engagement programs.

Provides human resources support for a senior living community, managing payroll changes, leave entitlements, employee questions, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, orientation, training records, and certification renewals. Partners with community leadership and regional HR to ensure compliance with company and state requirements.

Directs social services for skilled nursing residents, including psychosocial assessments, care planning, admissions and discharges, family communication, benefits education, discharge coordination, and transition support. Collaborates with clinical, rehabilitation, admissions, case management, and community partners while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
